KELLIE McDANIEL, Co-Founder and President

Kellie McDaniel is a senior aviation consultant and Accredited Senior Appraiser with more than 20 years of experience in aircraft acquisitions, sales, valuation, and technical due diligence for lenders, law firms, corporations, and private aircraft owners.

As the founder of McDaniel Adams Aviation, Kellie advises clients through complex aircraft transactions, providing market-driven valuation, acquisition strategy, and sales execution. She has led and supported tens of millions of dollars in aircraft transactions, including fleet acquisitions, asset recoveries, lease returns, and distressed aircraft sales. Her work combines deep technical knowledge with practical deal experience, allowing clients to manage risk while maximizing asset value.

Kellie is an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Machinery & Technical Specialties (Aviation) and regularly delivers USPAP-compliant appraisals for financing, litigation, charitable donations, and estate planning. She is frequently engaged by secured lenders to oversee aircraft inspections, maintenance record audits, and asset recovery, ensuring aircraft are accurately represented and effectively positioned in the marketplace.

Her background includes founding and leading multiple aviation businesses, including a FAA Part 145 Repair Station and a specialized aircraft sales and conversion company responsible for over $40 million in aircraft sales and renovations. This operational and transactional experience gives Kellie a uniquely informed perspective on aircraft value, maintenance condition, and buyer expectations.

Kellie has completed extensive professional education in aeronautics and aircraft appraisal and is an active member of the American Society of Appraisers, National Business Aviation Association, and the American Bar Association.

JUSTIN ADAMS, Co-Founder and Executive Vice-President

Justin Adams is an experienced aircraft appraiser, aviation consultant, and accomplished professional pilot with more than a decade in aviation, bringing a depth of expertise in the turbine and business aircraft industry. He offers a well-rounded perspective to aircraft valuation, consulting, and management by combining deep market knowledge with real-world operational experience.

Justin holds an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate and is type rated in the Gulfstream GIV, Gulfstream GV, G450, G550, and the Embraer Phenom 300. As a career pilot, Justin is uniquely well suited for aircraft appraisal and management work, with firsthand knowledge of aircraft systems, performance, maintenance considerations, and operational standards that directly influence aircraft value and ownership decisions.

In addition to appraisal and consulting services, Justin has strong aircraft management background and capabilities, including operational oversight, regulatory compliance, maintenance planning, and cost control. This hands-on experience enhances the accuracy and credibility of his appraisal and advisory work, making him a trusted resource for aircraft owners, operators, and other aviation stakeholders.
